Add more approver for SIG-modelstutorials #164

Ramakrishnan Sivakumar from Groq is interested in joining the approvers of SIG-modelstutorials to help PR/issues/proposal reviews in ONNX Model Zoo. https://github.com/groq/mlagility demonstrates a lot of ONNX models can be converted from PyTorch's state-of-art AI models. I will work with their team member, @ramkrishna2910, to contribute more new models in https://github.com/onnx/models. Having him as the approver will be helpful.

@ramkrishna2910 is still not in the team (SIG-modelstutorial) somehow: https://github.com/orgs/onnx/teams/sig-modelstutorials?query=membership%3Achild-team. @andife could you please help me to add him as approver manually?
