Adding Italian, Dutch, Portuguese, and Chinese (Traditional) locales #11

We had these locales professionally translated. Enjoy. If we get more, I'll add them in the future.

Great, we just did a Dutch version and cleaning it up for a pull request was on my to do list, thanks for saving me the trouble. I did a quick diff between the two translations and spotted one small problem: in your Dutch version "Brasilia" is not translated (should be "Brazilië")

I updated and force pushed the change, which is reflected in this pull request.
