Add new version of mkdocs

I'm wondering if it's worth bringing in onos-lib-go for logging for this. There are a few other version comments too

I just did it for consistency between projects otherwise logging is not really important here just for debugging when I want to improve the code. Perhaps I can use just a simple zap logger instead
