To be consistent, it would be better Mkdocs to be responsible for generating html files from Markdown files even if we can generate html files for APIs. There are multiple reasons:
1- To avoid any confusion later when we add more docs
2- To keep the current code simple enough that we can extend it easily without introducing exceptions.
