add extra_css does not work #68

If we want to add extra_css files (other than menu css file) to the template, it does not work.

Is this because of the MkDocs tool. Do you have more context please?

@SeanCondon No it is not because of Mkdocs. I should make some changes in the code to make sure mkdocs find all of the CSS files. I handled css file for onos-menu but I should make sure all of the CSS files are available for the build process.
