update: go version, dependencies, runtime panic fix

[pilinux]

• go version bumped to 1.20
• all dependencies bumped to the latest versions (many major and minor security issues related to the dependencies are fixed)
• for gorm, check length to avoid panic: runtime error: index out of range [4] with length 4

note: beside unit testing, performed manual testing to verify nothing breaks.
