Tracking Issue for Infoview Toolbar Improvements:

TODO:

[ ] Add button on all lean files for showing the infoview
[ ] Add toolbar in the internal infoview that allows for restarting the file
[ ] (Maybe) Add some tips to the infoview whenever nothing is showing so people can e.g. learn how to use inlay hints better
