Delphi Tokyo 64 bit Co #135

When building in Tokyo for 64 bit Windows the following internal error is raised. It seems fine in Win32

[dcc64 Fatal Error] XSuperObject.pas(647): F2084 Internal Error: GPFC000001D-13CA9743(0F850000)-0

I have no problem in 10.4.1 Did you try clean and rebuild ?

It seems fine with a new simple application. There's obviously something in my app. it compiles ok in 10.2(32 and 64) and 10.3 32bit. Just 10.3 64 that is the issue
