Describe the bug Can not select language via ISO639-3 code

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. New project
  2. Click on 'select language'

Expected behavior If I put in an ISO639-3 code, the language name, or a short list of language names will appear. A short list of countries will appear, and the continents of those countries will appear. ( analogy: if I put in my zipcode for my shipping address, why do I need to put the city and the state as well.

It's not particularly helpful to post issues about thing SMx doesn't do. However, bug reports and PRs are welcome.
