Should i install phonertc manually after add this plugin ? #2

  1. cordova com.onsip.sipjs
  2. cordova add com.sipjs.phonertc
  3. cordova add phonertc ?

This is the only command you should need to run cordova plugin add https://github.com/onsip/onsip-cordova.git. You can follow the full guide.
