Functions are missing from json_simple.jar (1.1) #98

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try to find JSONValue.parseWithExcpetion() in json_simple.jar (v1.1).
2. It isn't there.
3. Others are missing too.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

json_simple-1.1.jar from the Downloads page, referenced from an Eclipse 4.4 
project, on Vista.  (jar file is attached)

Please provide any additional information below.

When I download the json_simple-1.1-all.zip file, import it into my IDE and 
build it, the resulting class files includes the missing functions.
