Add range filters on cards #24

Add ranges for filtering cards /sets/ALL/cards/?set_number=1-10 or /cards/?id=1-50

changed the format to: /sets/[setId]/cards/?start=1&end=10

This will get cards 1 to 10 inclusive in the the set
