OEP8: Broken example link #32

The link to the reference implementation seems to be broken. Is there an updated reference implementation link?

@nickfujita https://github.com/lucas7788/CollectPumpkin @javajoker @Honglei-Cong Why dont put all OEP implementations on a main folder on ontio (or OEP repository) to prevent broken links, templates outdated or security issues?

Good idea! However, I suggest to add git submodule under resource/OEP-X folder, to keep the code template and OEP under trace. How do you think?

For now, let's just keep the OEP repo as is, I'll contact OEP-8 author(s) to update the link.
