Sort order is not kept when we change the parameters using the form in the HTML view. Each order drop down should have a "clear" option in addition to the asc/desc options, and the button should be highlighted when the column is used in the order parameter.
The order parameter should not be removed when the HTML form is updated, but should be cleared when we hit "Reset".
