Autoreevaluate Ontologies with imports #918

If i have an ontology A which imports ontology B (with an unversioned iri), and ontology B is parsed due to a new version, we should also reevaluate ontology A.

result of discussion with @fabianneuhaus today: there should be no automatic re-evaluation, but rather a message informing the user that there are outdated imports, and a buton triggering re-evaluation. Moreover, in case of imported ontologies that have been renamed or deleted, there should be a warning and a button for automatic replacement of the renamed ontologies with their new names.
