As agreed in the wrapup telco of June 4, this is a revision of the draft document whereby:

• definitions are made up-to-date with the diagram and, in a few cases, edited in other ways (these are my proposals that can of course be discussed and changed);
• unnecessary and outdated notes and comments are removed;
• .ttl examples are proposed for specific topics
