KBmanager.setDefaultAttributes: Make "cache" default "yes". #12

If "cache" is default "yes", then the methods in KBcache will return results by default. A comment by Adam: "I think it should be yes by default. It takes up a fair amount of memory to cache all of SUMO, which used to be an issue 10 years ago, but not any more.".
