Fix some issues withe the MACOS Instructions #122

  1. Add instructions about the required Java version, and the JAVA_HOME env
  2. Replace the curl with the wget command when try to download the WordNet file.
  3. Fix the path while trying to copy the config.xml file
  4. Add instructions for monitoring server logs.
