filterSimpleOnly flag in SUMOKBtoTPTPKB prevents full SUMO to TPTP conversion #6

Currently SUMOKBtoTPTPKB.filterSimpleOnly is set to true which apparently has the effect of only `simple' rules to be converted from SUO-KIF to TPTP. This prevents a full conversion of SUMO to TPTP.
