In the LegalDecision rule, I thought it would be good to include the logical connection between the Deciding and the Decision.
Voting is now Selecting. GameCall and Resultion (both subclasses of Deciding) don't need to be changed, I think.
One rule says that one is deciding among intentional processes.
The core Deciding rule now says that the agent believes oneself to be capable of performing the options being decided among. This seems better than saying the agent is actually capable of what one tries to do. If you'd prefer to drop the intentional 'believes', I will defer to your wisdom :- ).
The next rule says that an agent believes that there will be an instance of what one decides to do at some time after the decision has been made.
