Adding a way to distinguish the obsolote terms in Search results #705

It woild make sense that obsolte terms, even if retrurn by the Search service are graphicaly identified differently (maybe the name of the class in the snipet could be orange) or we could put the button like for when ontologya re retired

(but with "obsolete") written inside

Examples can be found searching "yield" Some ontolfoy developer add"obsolete directly in the label" which is not very good...

In addition, seems tobe a bug as we do search "obsolete" terms even when paramater is not activated.
