See top level concept of https://agroportal.lirmm.fr/ontologies/SDNDEV/ They are expliclity declared in the file as false:

But they show deprecated in the UI.

This might be related to how the boolean fasle is indicated in the source file (not expliclity declared as a boolean... so understand as true)
