Change the repository name from "administration" to "documentation"

The issue

The current link for our documentation is https://ontoportal.github.io/administration/, it was relevant there were only the administration section but now that we planned to have multiple sections (for developers, users, home...) we should rename it to "documentation".

By doing that the link will be in the future https://ontoportal.github.io/documentation

Warning

We can't change it, without the explicit approval of @graybeal (and @ontoportal/bioportal) because it will all their referenced links.

After the repository name change, we need then to update this config file variables
