Form Editor button #103

Hi Team,

In UCI, form editor button not available in ribbon. Please add it in power pane.

'Form Editor' action has been developed with #107 PR.

is it possible to have this Form Editor to navigate to the New Power Apps? Or provide a second link "Form Editor (New)".
