These are the two issues
a. CreateECCKeyPair refers to RFC 4492, but the latest one is RFC 8422.
b. In the specification EllipticCurve name refers to IANA TLS Supported Groups (https://www.iana.org/assignments/tls-parameters/tls-parameters.xhtml#tls-parameters-8), its not clear whether it refers to the value or the description in the table (assume its description) and the list is also quite big, it is not clear whether it should be limited to the curves defined in below table ? as per SECG defined names.
