Summary of the changes

As per last VEWG telco, created this PR to consolidate discussions in https://github.com/onvif/specs/pull/474

Manually merged changes from from https://github.com/onvif/specs/pull/474
Created a table for configuration parameters and their description
Clarify optional fields dependency on authentication mode
Moved the requirement related to AmbiguousAuthentication into the SetUplink section.

Additional commit is only to resolve merge conflict (table vs list approach to document parameters)

Please double check if I missed any during merge as its already approved.
