Override this behavior and force DarkMode #44

Hi, I add a feature and force DarkMode with a boolean on config.toml

Hi @anibal-aguila,

I like the idea. I will merge your contribution but will swiftly merge your idea with my earlier idea so that we can use only one knob instead of two.

enforceDarkMode + disableDarkMode = defaultMode
