Feature request: package manager #154

I think some languages are great, and onyx too! The only problem i have with it is that if you want to add a functionnality to it, you need to create a pull request and it would be integrated by default with the language. I think we should build a package manager for onyx, like pip for python. Why not call it onf (Onyx Fetch)? I cant wait to see it implemented!
