Abstracted out peer specific behaviors behind onyx.datomic.api and put into onyx.datomic.peer.
Added client API support in onyx.datomic.client.
Updated tests to run against both peer and Datomic Cloud.

@MichaelDrogalis Thank you for reviewing the PR. Looks like it was rolled back by #30, did you find any problem? Let me know if there is something I can help out. I'm also wondering if there is a way to set up circleCI to run against datomic cloud. It costs approx. $30/month. It would be nice if Cognitect can provide an instance for it. Would you consider to negotiate with them?

I originally merged it prior to submitting my review -- reading through your comments now.

Distributed Masonry probably will not start up a Datomic Cloud instance for testing, at least for the moment.
