Remove reference to metrics in onyx-dashboard #17

Thanks @dignati. @michaeldrogalis As a side note, I think if we keep metrics in onyx-dashboard, we should have an embedded Riemann or something along those lines.

Grafana has some pretty obvious plug and play flaws for getting a new job up and running without any configuration and testing. I would also like to see the dashboard eventually read from other sources I.e. Datadog and NewRelic
