version upgrade details:

gradle: 6.8.2 -->> 6.9.2
launch4j plugin: 2.4.9 -->> 2.5.1 (build.gradle is slightly changed in order to comply with deprecation's)

Notes:

PR is tested on Windows: .exe file created, started and apk download (for multiple applications) from Google works as expected
I just realized that launch4j plugin version 2.5.2 is released (two days ago) so I decided to mark this PR as a draft
