Profile Pic not working #5555

Closed DerRehberg closed 5 months ago

Describe the bug

I put an img_me.jpg into the main folder but the profile pic doesn't show up.

Is there an existing issue for this?

Reproduction

Probalby put img_me on linux into the main folder with cpu mode enabled

Screenshot

Logs

I don't think there can be logs for this

System Info

Arch Linux on APU, which doesn't work because of errors tho Ollama can use it with ROCm. With override variables it loads endlessly or throws an error, depends on the version override

ParametersCharacterYour picture

P.S.: Honestly I don't even know about your method via img_me.jpg.

DerRehberg commented 7 months ago

That's for setting a profile picture of a character but not for yourself

Alkohole commented 7 months ago

In Character picture, clear the existing picture and/or set your own, then save the character

Try this image image

Edit: I noticed you placed the picture in the main Oobabooga directory. That is NOT where it goes. The profile picture goes into the Cache folder image

@YakuzaSuske It still needs to be selected independently in the interface to make the picture load in chat, and the person wants something different...
