Great feedback, I will think further on it before making a finally decision to keep, improve or discard.
By the way, is PEGUSYS available anywhere online? I'd like to test it out.
Obi:::
The PEGUSYS about which I alluded is an application I built. So, it's not available online!
However, I would be glad to use it to support your package or any of your pharmacokinetic work that you may be doing. I also wrote a book where I used the PEGUSYS tool to determine the baseline that constitutes the most frequently used functions in R.
The book is called "Conquering R Basics."
So, it's a very powerful tool indeed.

That's very neat! Glad that it can really be helpful to us in package development. Appreciate the insights from it.
With regards to you earlier comments, I have now expanded the functionality of the in.range() to incorporate features from the three functions. I do intend on keeping this in the package, hopefully to further expand the feature in future releases.
Wow! Okay Obi::::
I think that's amazing! I look forward to testing that function once you have it developed.
I will assist you in any way that I am able to help make your quickcode package a really powerful contribution to CRAN.
I think you and I are doing a good job so far. I am enjoying the collaboration with you.
What do you think?

Thanks, Brice! Yes, this is great collaboration. You have really helped in improving the package so far. I use quickcode in all my scripts now, thanks to your great addition thus far.
You can take a look at the function now.
Since you have already released the .6 version of quickcode, I will evaluate this function once I have gotten a chance to review it in the latest version of the package. Consequently, please keep this ticket open.
Great, Brice! No rush, we can add it to the list of items to do for next release. I needed to get this version 0.6 out as of today because the rest of the month is going to be crazy at work for me.
I'm glad you made that decision! The latest version of quickcode is now available!!!

This feedback is provided as a Comparison Evaluation that was conducted on the in.range function. This function was recently added to the quickcode package.
The objective of this evaluation is to examine whether the in.range function can be appropriately classified as an original function operating on the R platform.
An original function classification is based on the functionality comprising the in.range function which was evaluated against the following similar three functions:
The findings of this evaluation are provided below:
While the current version of the in.range function contains some functionality provided by the aforementioned functions, additional functionality that should be included, is missing.
FUNCTION INTEGRATION TEST RESULT: FAIL Given the three functional omissions provided by this evaluation, the in.range function has failed to adequately integrate the functionality needed to successfully superannuate the following functions:
Thanks for the follow up testing on the in.range function. Let's see how we can further incorporate the aforementioned features in the function for the next version. There is still the option to remove it entirely, but I'd like to see if we can expand what we have first.
We will postpone work on this for now. Not going to be in 0.7 release
Okay. Perhaps more research needs to be conducted on this on your end before it can be released. If you need any additional assistance on this, let me know.

Two tests were conducted on the in.range function in quickcode version 0.6. These tests were 1) a functional test to ensure the function executes as designed, and 2) a functional replication test that examines whether the functionality provided by the function already exists in another active R package.
