Best way to do this is probably still editing in OSM rather than OOM, but offering a much larger OOM scale (1:1k/1:500?) and probably rendering extra features at these larger scales, e.g. fences, and removing OOB screen.

Schools OOB screen now optional, and fence rendering can also be turned on/off. Closing as partially addressed.
