Orienteering-specific features persisted in DB, can be pulled in and saved to. #47

Persistent orienteering features (do not cross and road crossing) with pull in to new maps (like postboxes) but also saving to database (when saving map).

These should be minimised as we still want the editing/adding of features to be done in OSM, to benefit the wider community.
