Greyscale OSM tiles? #74

This might help a bit with the "street O" look in lieu of an on-the-fly fully rendered set of tiles.

Added in #76 . Ctrl-G will toggle the current map (need to have an existing placed map sheet) between coloured and black-and-white view.
