Add forest rides #80

I wonder if it is possible to add the OSM tag "man_made=cutline" to the Open Orienteering Map "render optional features" list. It is how OSM map forest rides and they are usually easily detectable from aerial photographs. I think that IOF symbol 508 is "narrow ride" ?

There is a bit on the OSM wiki about "cutlines" on here ;

Forest rides are now rendered in the PseudO style (light yellow strips).
