Fix for PluzzDL due to latest site breakage #87

This is my current patch against hg tip for pluzzdl.

Ceci est mon patch courant pour la version hg tip de pluzzdl.
Il existait déjà des problèmes suivant les émissions (besoin de commenter 
deux lignes qui forçant une url de m3u8), mais cette semaine il semble que FTV 
ait en plus cassé leur webservice pour récupérer les infos des émissions. 
Ce patch corriger ce problème en utilisant la nouvelle API en JSON.

Sorry for the dumb question, but this patch is against which version ? It does 
not work with the 0.9.4 here and a manual look indicates that this is a 
substancially different source

Désolé, je viens de réaliser que j'ai oublié de parler Français (je vis à 
l'étranger et c'est pour ça que PluzzDL m'est si utile). Donc, ce patch n'a 
pas l'air d'avoir été fait contre la version 0.9.4 (4 des patch échouent) et 
en regardant le code, à l'évidence il y a trop de différences)

Ben non, c'est contre le tip mercurial, la dernière version là :
