可以升级至新的版本：http://www.my97.net/dp/index.asp

my97原作者也有如下说明：

7. IE中 无法打开internet站点 。。。。。已终止操作 
的解决办法
答: 请下载4.2以上版本 
如果还不行,请将WdatePicker.js中的$crossFrame属性设置为false,但是
