Browse ignores DBLCLICK event #314

GRID, BROWSE and XBROSE controls with clause EDIT,ignore DBLCLICK event if it's defined and _OOHG_SameEnterDblClick is .F. and ::lExtendDblClick is .T. Instead of executing the codeblock the control's edition process is started.
