Fix this MiniPrint bugs:

Page zoom is not working properly.
On page size the page is not shown properly.
The preview window is not sized properly.
The Go To Page label is not shown properly after the window is sized.
After zoom the page is not shown properly.
Thumbnails are missing.
Nothing happens after clicking a thumbnail.
