Browse editing methods are testing for a readonly column with the wrong row number #545

Methods EditAllCells and EditGrid of class TOBrowse and method EditAllCells of class TOBrowseByCell are calling method IsColumnReadOnly with the wrong row number when a record append is ongoing.
