Incorporate changes specified by George in Google Doc linked from email

Some things suggested that require a bit of time investment (all of these can be considered MINOR): [ ] Prevent user from editing between matrix brackets but not within a matrix cell (this produces perfectly valid LaTeX, it's just that mathematically it doesn't make any sense) [ ] Provide \overset{}{} and \underset{}{} support, this is going to be very tricky [ ] "Real Part", "Imaginary Part", "flat", "natural" "sharp" [ ] \| [ ] \widetilde - there are no font glyphs that provide this so it would look like the default tilde
