EPE-28 Update the theme on detail pages

Notes from 1/9/15 Harman to make 3 updates: 1) Update to collapsible resources section: 4 Public Items (6 Private Items)

• EPEDEV-230 Parent resource
• EPEDEV-231 Child copied resources
• EPEDEV-369 Resources that use the current one
• EPEDEV-361 Show dependent resources when attempting to delete
• EPEDEV-370 Resources used within the current one
• For 231 and perhaps 369, we also would like to show summary counts of personal, published (which are the ones that are listed ) and other private shared/unshared resources, or some combination of the above.

2) Update to comments: Collapse comments section. Count would go to the right like the resources section. Form goes into the collapsed section as well. 3) Add an Information “i” button next to the Export to Image button.

• Export Tooltip: This button will open a new browser window with a snapshot of the current graph that you can save to your local system. Not all graph elements may be included in the image export.

From Sage 8/24/16 This looks good to implement. Not sure why we went with a horizontal grid (I think I like the vertical one of the v2 mockups had) but i guess it jives with how we list things on the rest of the site.

Pending issues...

• On EV, the "Investigation Questions" section should appear above the "Resources" section, and it can be the same header style as Resources.
• The "Used In" section should only show public (in the database) resources. I'm seeing all of them, even though the total (e.g. 0 public items (1 items)) is correct. Though, a user's own (private or shared) resources could also be included.
• As noted elsewhere, the total hit count appears both in the Statistics box, but also underneath the body text. Can we easily remove that one?
• Still need to make the "Favorites" link a button/icon. (Can't remember if that's in another issue.)
• Not sure why, but tooltips don't appear to be working on EV pages again.
• Can we add the tooltip to the Export Image button, as noted above in the top comment?

• Can we make Investigation Questions the same header style as the Resources section on the other pages?
• I don't see the Resources/Stats on EV.
• Still seeing a lot of blank items showing up in the Uses In section, as well as non-pubic ones (according to the counts).
• Still need favorites icon

• It looks like the parent/child link works for copying a resource, but not for Save As.
• Still some issues with non-public resources showing up, and personal ones not showing up. See #130

I already change the Investigations Questions header style, do you want a different style?

Sorry, I missed that it had been updated because the "Usage Information" header is so large. Perhaps bump up the Questions one a bit more so it stands out.
