EPE-48 Sharing popup box issues #159

From Sage on 7/15/16 After updating production with the latest updates, the following issues were identified related to the sharing popup dialog.

1) You cannot un-share a resource, that is, set it to private. Clicking on the Yes button takes you to the unshare url and a blank page. The following resources were ones I tried to do this for. http://education.oceanobservatories.org/node/129 http://education.oceanobservatories.org/node/199

2) Clicking multiple options brings up multiple confirmations buttons, that is, the previous Yes/No buttons don't disappear.

3) The dialog box appears to be rather narrow for some resources (like the above) but for others it's okay.

4) For some resources, you cannot access the share box at all. I think this is because the resource title has an apostrophe (or perhaps more-specifically a specially encoded apostrophe). All of these seems to be working now, except a minor issue with the first one. It seems a user can't change a resource from Searchable to Private directly, but you can change from Searchable, to Published to Private. I'll leave this open for now, but it is a minor and low priority bug.
