Update project URLs #17

I guess the owner has changed his username. I noticed that the project URL in the NuGet package browser wasn't correct at least.

Thanks @matachi.

I'm working on adding support for .NET Core to Ookii Dialogs, and will release a new NuGet package in a few days, which will include the updates you've done.

I also need to do the same for ookii-dialogs-winforms which you're welcome to submit a PR if you wish.
