Pros:
- Allow a CancellationToken to flow through the DoWork event handler
- Non-breaking change. Could be released with v3.2.0
Cons:
- User needs to cast DoWorkEventArgs to ProgressDialogDoWorkEventArgs in order to access the CancellationToken

Relates to #53
