???: Ability to test on TCG Enterprise SED? #14

This isn't really a bug, maybe an enhancement.

At some point if there's going to be One True Tree for SEDutil, then someone needs to be able to actually test new enhancements for Opal drives to ensure they don't break Enterprise support, and also test Enterprise-specific enhancements/code. Who will that be?

...and after some review it appears that TCG Enterprise is somewhat being "enhanced/replaced" by TCG Ruby. It's pretty clear that TCG Ruby isn't specifically supported in vanilla 1.15.1 SEDutil...but what else is needed for Ruby support? Is it really as simple as "mostly a subset of Opal, just #ifdef out some stuff"? That seems unlikely.
