Merge amotin changes as of 2020-01-23

@amotin has extensive patches against vanilla DTA sedutil in his tree. Patches include: OS: FreeBSD support including NVMe devices and new "CAM" (common access method) access to storage devices. TCG new SSC specs: Opalite and Pyrite support/decoding TCG Opal: Support for additional features (e.g. Block SID Authentication) TCG Enterprise: several fixes and enhancements Typo fixes The only commit I'm not including at this time are:

• c4dcc38 because for my use case I want to get an error if the PBA is not configured normally, as any drive could be a boot drive.
• e1a2fd2 because all the Micron/Seagate/Crucial/Samsung drives I'm currently targeting / testing with still use all capital letters in the PSID.

I will make "test my builds also on FreeBSD" a future enhancement, along with version of the "omitted commits" above.

Any chance of making this a conditional, so it can maintain the previous behavior but be overridden with another command-line parameter?

Toshiba is still investigating what is going on there. It may not be needed at the end. But I am not sure why PBA initialization but without uploading any image makes any sense. The only thing it does is that locked drive returns zeroes instead of read errors. But that is a difference from Enterprise drives (that always return error for locked ranges), and I am not sure it is great.

Unfortunately this pull-request was poorly formed as it was against my "master" which exactly matches DTA 1.15.1 SEDUtil. Merging of @amotin codebase had to be done with manual intervention into the "integ" branch. Closing as OBE without actually merging.
