@hellais Thanks for merging. I have noticed that there are still no confirmed blockings on OONI for these newly added fingerprints e.g. Vietnam. What are the criteria does OONI put to categorise a measurement as a 'Confirmed'?

Did a pass at reviewing the PR. Made some small edits to it and merged.
